About the Role

You'll work hand-in-hand with leaders across our Workspace, Hospitality, and Health Club teams to deliver seamless end-to-end recruitment. From sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding, you'll ensure a smooth, engaging, and values-led experience at every stage.

You'll also play a key role in embedding our new recruitment platform, Rippling, into the business, becoming a go-to expert for hiring managers and helping drive efficiency and consistency across our processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using our
ATS & HRIS (Rippling): from job ads through to contract creation.
  • Advertise roles, build talent pools, and source candidates across support, hospitality, fitness, and coworking
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide trusted advice on sourcing and candidate experience.
  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate pre-employment checks.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and uphold an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Collect and verify onboarding documentation, ensuring timely completion for new starters.
  • Provide system support and guidance to hiring managers, helping them navigate Rippling and recruitment tools effectively.
  • Respond to recruitment queries via inbox and phone with warmth, clarity, and urgency.
  • Use Seek and LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively attract top talent and build long-term pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance and seamless data integration for all new hires.
  • Support TA projects such as assessment centres and employer branding events.
  • Partner with the team to identify and drive process improvements in how we recruit and onboard talent.
  • Champion The Commons' employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every step.

About You

You're a connector who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves matching great people with great opportunities. You balance warmth with efficiency, detail with creativity, and you're energised by working across diverse teams and roles.

You'll bring:

  • Relevant experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Previous experience hiring across retail, hospitality, or fitness industries is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ideally Rippling or a similar ATS/HRIS.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and a genuine passion for people and culture.

Why You'll Love Working with Us

At The Commons, you'll be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and growth all within a culture built on community.
