Our government sector client is seeking a permanent **Talent Acquisition Coordinator** with a focus on managing and delivering the onboarding process based in Melbourne CBD.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate employments contracts, letters of offer and onboarding paperwork for new employees
- Check recruitment paperwork for compliance
- Onboard new employees into payroll system
- Delivery and then management of new employee onboarding program
- Organise Assessment Centres
- Source/book venues
- Prepare assessment materials
- Invite assessors/hiring managers
- Collate assessment outcomes
- Act as coordinator on day
- Update records and databases, complying with records management processes, to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible

**About you**:

- Proven work experience in administration, planning and prioritising workloads and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- A high level of attention to detail
- Team and customer service mindset
- Strong understanding and experience using various computer software programs to generate high-quality correspondence, data and reports (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and records management systems.
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
