An exciting, newly created opportunity has arisen for a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be part of our dynamic and growing hospitality business.

You will be a crucial player in the HR team, supporting the end-to-end recruitment of top talent that will produce and serve a world-class product in beautifully-designed facilities.

Working within the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of required documentation.
- Assist in organising and participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote The Lune Co as an employer of choice.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Address basic employee queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR

The ideal person for the role will have:

- Prior experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
