**Job Details**

The Altara Group is an aviation focused consulting, recruitment and employment services organization and is seeking expressions of interest from an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be based at our Head office in Melbourne’s inner North.

Working alongside our General Manager of Human Resources you be part of a dedicated team that is responsible for implementing significant end to end recruitment and onboarding campaigns and strategies, predominantly focussing on cabin crew roles. Altara recruits and employees cabin crew for some of Australia’s major airlines across Australia.

**The position**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage and deliver major bulk recruitment programs for our major airline clients.
- Develop and maintain high level reporting protocols and processes
- Ongoing liaison with the key stakeholders on matters relating to attraction and retention strategies along with talent acquisition trends
- Actively participate in and identify opportunities for process improvement
