**Job Description**:
We are pleased** **to announce a rare opening for a talented individual to join our busy ANZ Talent Acquisition Team in a **part-time** capacity
As the **Talent Acquisition Coordinator**, you will play a pivotal role within our organisation - providing essential administrative support to our geographically diverse ANZ team and assisting our esteemed Team Leader.
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**
- The coordination of the ANZ Graduate recruitment process (including the management of University contacts within Australia and New Zealand)
- Administrative assistance to the ANZ Team Leader
**Qualifications**:
**We are seeking an individual who**
- Has a keen interest in Talent Acquisition and the desire to forge a career
- Exhibits strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and a dedicated focus on tasks and commitments
- Brings experience from a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Has a problem-solving mindset and a results-oriented approach to their work
- Is a team player and adept at building relationship
- Thrives in a flexible environment - excelling at meeting tight deadlines, managing multiple projects, and prioritising effectively
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
- Is proficient in using the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience within a Talent Coordination role will be highly regarded_
