The successful contract administrator will start working on the project in the development phase , working closely with the in-house development manager, design manager and cost planner on establishing preliminary budgets and a procurement strategy. Once in delivery the role will entail the following:

  • Contracts management including head contract responsibilities (RFI, variation, and project correspondence)
  • Procurement and negotiation of suppliers and subcontractors 
  • Consultant management and document control 

You will be working on a range of luxury apartment projects ranging from $30M-$80M in value. You will also be able to get involved in projects at the front end and have direct influence on project outcomes
