About Us

Dankav Developments is a fast-growing property developer recognised for delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects, including The Oxley 1823 and the upcoming Alfred development. With over 300 apartments in our pipeline, we are expanding and seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team.

The Role

As our Contracts Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the management and administration of contracts across our projects. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders in both English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and administer project contracts
  • Maintain and manage contract documentation and records
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors and suppliers
  • Assist with contract compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Support negotiations using your bilingual language skills
  • Manage QA processes for production in China, ensuring project standards are met
  • Collaborate internationally, including travel to China

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (essential)
  • Qualifications in construction management or quantity surveying (preferred)
  • Experience with QA or supplier oversight in an international context (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
