About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing the administrative aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage all company contracts.
  • Ensure that contract terms and conditions are clearly communicated and understood by all parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Ensure that contract documents are signed, filed, and documented in a timely manner for future audits and reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and industry standards to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in the field of contract management.
  • Familiarity with contract management processes and good risk identification and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, and is able to establish good working relationships with people of different levels and backgrounds.
  • Highly organized and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously.
