We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Contract and Administration Coordinator to support student services, RTO compliance, and training administration across Look Now Training and Peak College.

About the Role
In this role, you will control the processes required to coordinate enrolments, student administration evidence collection and retention, data and reporting compliance activities, and support our trainers to deliver exceptional learning experiences. You will work closely with our training, compliance, and operational teams to ensure smooth program delivery and high-quality outcomes for our learners.
This position is ideal for someone with previous State-funded RTO administration experience who understands compliance and enjoys working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate student enrolments, induction, and support processes
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation in line with ASQA & DESBT requirements
• Support Lead administrative compliance functions including evidence collection, AVETMISS reporting, and file auditing
• Management of Data entry and management in RTO systems (Accelerate and ZOHO)
• Prepare enrolment packs, training resources, and documentation
• Assist with eligibility checks, attendance tracking, and progression records
• Respond to student enquiries and provide high-quality learner support
• Support ongoing quality assurance and continuous improvement activities

Skills & Experience
• Experience in RTO training administration (essential)
• Strong understanding of Skills Assure (QLD)DESBT & ASQA compliance requirements
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and file management standards
• Strong administration and data entry skills
• Experience using student management systems – Accelerate & ZOHO desirable
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a training team
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide, support and influence staff to achieve high-quality outcomes
• Ability to lead and support training and administrative staff, fostering a positive team culture focused on quality, compliance and learner success.
