The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality fencing solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients nationwide. With a focus on craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we take pride in building durable, safe, and tailored fencing systems that meet diverse project needs. As our business expands, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team, ensuring smooth management of contracts, compliance, and client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract processes, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing fencing project contracts (e.g., client service agreements, supplier contracts, subcontractor agreements) to align with company policies, Australian legal requirements, and project objectives.
- Track contract milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules; coordinate with project teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and resolve any contract-related discrepancies.
- Maintain a centralized contract database (digital/physical) to organize documents, updates, and correspondence; ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to clarify contract terms, address client queries, and support project handovers from contract signing to completion.
- Conduct regular contract audits to identify risks (e.g., non-compliance, scope creep) and propose solutions; assist in resolving contract disputes or amendments when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Contract Management, Economy, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction, fencing, or building materials industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft clear, precise contract terms and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
If you are passionate about contract management, have a keen eye for detail, and want to join a dynamic team driving excellence in the fencing industry, we'd love to hear from you
