Join Our Team as a Contract Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing and overseeing all contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts for various business activities.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive contract database and track key milestones and renewal dates.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to negotiate terms and resolve any contractual issues.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on contract status to senior management.
  • Support the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contract management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
