As an
Account Manager
, you'll be the go-to expert, managing client relationships, driving sales, and overseeing project coordination from start to finish. What do you do?

  • Manage & grow relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities & drive sales
  • Deliver expert advice on lighting solutions & product specifications
  • Coordinate projects, ensuring seamless execution & client satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance on lighting standards & requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
  • Attend industry events, trade shows & training sessions to stay ahead of trends

What do you need?

  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development (commercial lighting preferred)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Lighting Design, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders
  • A passion for building client relationships & providing top-tier service
  • CRM system experience & strong computer literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines & juggle competing priorities
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • A current driver's license
