Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work from home. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, visiting institutions events, Day-to-day tasks include developing strategies to grow accounts, identifying new business opportunities, providing excellent client service, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and preparing regular reports on account status.

Qualifications

  • Account management, client relationship management, and customer service skills
  • Experience in developing business strategies and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency working with platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in education or technology sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
