About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO during a period of transformation and growth. This is a fantastic 3 month temporary position with an ASAP start with the potential to extend, this role demands a confident professional with proven experience at C-Suite level.
As the CEO's trusted partner, you'll combine flawless organisational ability with outstanding communication skills. Your professionalism, discretion, and proactive approach will ensure the CEO's office runs seamlessly.
Duties
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and inboxes across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Prepare agendas, draft minutes, process expenses and track follow-up actions for leadership meetings.
- Organise board dinners, executive offsites, and quarterly all-staff events. Draft, edit, and format executive presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Partner with other EAs and leadership stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Skills & Experience
- 3 + years of EA experience is highly desirable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build trust at all levels.
- Executive presence and polished interpersonal skills. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

- Hourly rate range $61 - $68 per hour plus Super
- 38 hours per week
- Hybrid 4 days in office in Sydney CBD | 1 day work from home
