We're looking for a skilled Pastry Chef with strong laminated dough experience to join our production team at Bondi Beach. If you love early starts, the rhythm of bakery life, and take pride in creating consistent, high-quality products — this could be the role for you.

  • Good time management skills — able to handle production schedules efficiently.
  • A reliable team player who can work well under pressure.
  • Passion and pride in pastry craft.
