Bistro Bondi is a brand-new opening in the heart of Bondi, bringing a fresh twist to modern bistro dining. We're passionate about seasonal produce, bold flavours, and warm hospitality. As we open our doors, we're building a team of chefs who share our drive for quality and creativity.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes, while taking ownership of your section and supporting the team in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

-Prepare and execute dishes to a high standard, following recipes and plating guides

-Manage and maintain your section, ensuring quality and consistency

-Assist with prep, stock rotation, and maintaining food safety standards

-Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

-Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For

-Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to step up)

-Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and a Modern Australian cuisine

-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

-Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service environment

-A positive attitude and a genuine team player
