Bakers Delight Eastgate is currently recruiting Baker to join our team.

Working in a Bakers Delight bakery, you will be responsible for
- Making quality products to meet the changing customers' needs.
- Maintaining bakery cleanliness and WHS standards.
- Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock levels, production merchandising and product quality.
- Embracing early mornings, with shifts starting at 2 am and finishing at 10 am.
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Exhibiting basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Having hands-on experience and knowledge of baking techniques, including mixing, moulding, bench work, and oven operation.
- Checking equipment cleanliness and premises operation before production runs to meet safety regulations.
- Verifying raw material quality and weighing ingredients.
- Performing dough and pastry preparation tasks, including kneading, cutting, and shaping.
- Coordinating baking processes, from forming to cooling batches of bread, rolls, and pastry products.
- Glazing pastries and decorating cakes.
- Operating machinery for dough rolling, moulding, and biscuit cutting.
- Maintaining baking equipment cleanliness.
