Due to business needs, we're seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead our team. In this role, you'll oversee our Apollo RV Sales Brisbane and contribute to our exciting future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead dealership operations with effective leadership and a "customer-first" approach.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through mentoring and motivation.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive growth strategies.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive or RV dealership industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and a track record of achieving targets.
  • Exceptional team leadership and management skills.
  • Extensive background in sales with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
