Zenith Search's Blue Collar team is on the hunt for a driven individual ready to trade the hi-vis for a headset and start a long-term career in recruitment.

We're not looking for polished recruiters - we're looking for people who get it. Maybe you've worked as an operator, tradesperson, or supervisor and you know what good looks like on-site. Now you want to use that knowledge to help build crews and projects across WA's civil, mining, and industrial sectors.

What you'll do

  • Source and recruit skilled blue-collar workers for some of WA's leading contractors
  • Make outbound calls per week - this is a phone-driven role
  • Build relationships with candidates and clients across mining, civil, and transport
  • Match the right people to the right jobs - quickly and accurately
  • Learn the ropes of recruitment from one of WA's most respected blue-collar teams

What we're looking for

  • Trade, plant operator, or site background - or similar hands-on experience
  • A strong work ethic and natural communication skills
  • Tenacity - not afraid of a "no" and driven to turn it into a "yes"
  • Hunger to learn, build a desk, and earn uncapped commissions
  • Solid computer skills and attention to detail
