Job Description

We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of growing our casual nurse workforce. You'll proactively source, recruit, and onboard talented nurses at speed, ensuring we meet client demands while creating a positive candidate experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to make a real impact in healthcare.

Day to day 

  • Proactively source and attract high-quality nurse candidates to meet client needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Drive early retention by supporting nurses during their first three months on the job.
  • Identify new recruitment opportunities to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Operations Consultants to transition nurses seamlessly into active shifts.
  • Streamline recruitment processes to achieve rapid turnaround times without compromising quality.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Represent Healthcare Australia professionally and promote our services to clients.

Lets talk about you

We are seeking candidates with a diploma or tertiary qualification in business disciplines (desirable), recruitment, sales, or operations experience in healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors, experience in a target-driven commercial call center, recruitment, or sales environment, exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking or recruitment systems, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
