Smith' Plumbing is a rapidly growing company providing plumbing services to both domestic and commercial clients. Starting from our strong presence in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne, we are now expanding to become a nationwide operation, bringing our exceptional services to clients across Australia.

As part of our exciting growth, we are now seeking a Service Coordinator with a cheerful disposition who can take on a mix of customer service, sales, logistics, and administrative tasks. Join us during this exciting time as we continue to expand and make our mark across the country

About the Role

We want a candidate to jump on board who is self-motivated and has the ability to complete the following in a thorough and passionate manner:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and close hot leads

  • Attend and manage email inbox

  • Allocate bookings, work orders, and tasks for technicians

  • Organise materials, subcontractors, and services for work orders

  • Submit council permits, insurances, and compliance documents

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests

  • Perform administrative duties

  • Demonstrate a flexible and 'can-do' attitude

  • Logistically astute (though google maps will be your best friend)

  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems
