This is a position with a difference We are seeking an experienced Relief Village Manager to support our operations on our mine-site village operations located in the Pilbara region of remote WA. In this role, you will relieve the Village Manager for one week and the Administration Officer for one week during periods of R&R.

This position requires you to work a 2/1 roster, fly-in-fly out of Perth.

About the role:
You will be working closely with the village manager to meet client demands and exceed customer expectations. The relief village manager upholds the high standards that Northern Rise are known for, by leading by example and facilitating an environment that allows the team to do their best work.

  • Fly in / fly out from Perth on a 2:1 roster
  • Providing leadership to the team on site during the project manager's R&R and assuming the administration assistants' duties for one week
  • Ensuring our scope of works is delivered to the highest standard
  • Ensure the daily kitchen and food preparation practices are in line with current food safety standards
  • Checking residents in and out of the village
  • Dealing with guest queries in a timely and positive manager
  • All associated administrative tasks with the office administration and village operations
About you:
  • Experience in remote mining villages in a similar position (either relief village manager or accommodation manager)
  • Have experience with and sound knowledge of INX
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol screen
  • A National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Approved Manager's Card
  • A Nationally Accredited Food Safety Supervisor's Certificate
