Experienced FMG Inducted Village Managers required

$65 per hour + Superannuation + Public holiday Rates

Fly-in-fly-out from Perth ONLY

To be successful in the role, you should be able to successfully undergo and pass the following:

- Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment medical and regular drug screens
- Ability to complete our internal registration & induction
- Ability to pass our client's site entry inductions
- **Must be FMG Inducted or willing to obtain**

The role will also require previous experience** **in the following:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar managerial role, managing remote accommodation facilities and services.
- Previous experience in managing the day-to-day operation of the mining village, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to a high standard.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in a remote location on a FIFO basis.

- Western Australian Manual Drivers Licence **(Must Have)**:

- National Police Clearance **(within 6 months)**
- Weekly pay
- Excellent Public Holiday Rates
- FIFO lifestyle Work 1 to 2 weeks away at a time
