With 55+ years' experience, SIRROM has a comprehensive understanding of what effective integrated facility services means to the overall operational success of our clients. We have earned our reputation through delivering tailored catering and hospitality services, great food with great people, to remote accommodation facilities.

We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced managers for village operations located throughout remote and regional Western Australia.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Relief Village Manager will demonstrate adaptability and strong leadership skills, taking ownership of temporary assignments across various village sites as required. This role requires flexibility, a proactive mindset, and the ability to quickly integrate into diverse teams and environments.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role (fly in / fly out basis).

The point of hire is Perth (WA), working a 14 days on / 7 days off roster at various sites in WA. For more flexibility, casual opportunities are available also.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism when dealing with village residents, visitors and staff
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, residents, colleagues and visitors
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the site-specific scope of works to ensure that contractual requirements are met with the highest level of quality
  • Complete all operational reporting documents in an accurate and timely manner
  • Have sound knowledge of OH&S requirements both legislative and site-specific
  • Ensure all employees are competently trained in all aspects of their individual positions

Requirements:

  • National Police Clearance less than 6 months old
  • WA Approved Manager's Liquor Licence
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Food Safety for Supervisors Certificate
  • Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
