Who We're Looking For

  • Full-time, Part-Time, Casual
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in Cellar Door, hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining
  • WSET certification or strong wine knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest experience
  • A passion for storytelling and engaging customers with wine knowledge
  • Confident and articulate communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain high service standards
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding wine tasting experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit
  • Share the winery's story, explaining the characteristics of our wines and thewinemaking process
  • Provide personalized customer service, creating a warm and professional atmosphere
  • Maintain the Cellar Door's presentation, ensuring a clean and inviting space
  • Assist with winery events, including VIP tastings, wine club functions, and weddings
  • Support online sales operations, including packing and dispatching onlineorders to ensure timely deliveries
