About You

You'll be an essential part of our Kitchen team in the Wood Restaurant, helping to deliver high-quality meals and smooth back-of-house operations. You take pride in keeping things clean, organised, and running like clockwork. Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

· A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude, with a focus on teamwork and reliability

· Previous experience in a kitchen or back-of-house role is ideal, but not essential for the right person

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

· Good communication skills and a willingness to follow direction

· Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to food hygiene and cleanliness

· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during busy service periods

· A passion for food and an interest in learning more about kitchen operations

· Knowledge of basic food prep and dishwashing procedures

· Food Handler Basics training (or willingness to obtain)
