We are looking for someone to play a key part in both our daily restaurant service and private function space, as a Permanent Part-Time Food & Beverage Attendant at Brokenwood Wines. If this sounds intriguing, read on

We are also seeking both up and coming superstars and experienced hospitality professionals to join our busy team in both our Cellar Door and Restaurant on a casual basis.

Our venue is right in the heart of Pokolbin, and is open 7 days a week. Catering for our Cellar Door, Restaurant, Terrace Wine Bar and hosting private functions, we are looking to add some more stars to our Cru

About You

Whether you are an up and coming superstar looking to step into the hospitality scene, or you have already found your feet and love the industry but are looking for somewhere new to call home - WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU

You are confident working in a team or flying solo. You thrive on fast paced environments and don't mind getting your step count up You're not afraid to ask for help, in fact you champion honest communication. You love providing memorable experiences for customers and go above and beyond to ensure they get just that. You don't mind a challenge and go full steam ahead to smash your goals.

Essential requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Can do attitude
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification.
  • Weekend availability, and flexibility to work adhoc nights.

Desirable requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience
  • Basic food and wine knowledge.
  • Experience with food handling and food safety.
  • Experience preparing barista style coffee.
  • Wine sensory knowledge.
  • WSET certifications.
