The Role
We're looking for a charismatic and creative individual to join our team as a Host, Social Media & Event Coordinator. This unique role combines hospitality, content creation, and event coordination—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and host guests at our Cellar Door and Art Gallery
- Conduct wine tastings and serve coffee with flair
- Bake and present weekend croissants for guests
- Promote and sell Winmark wines, merchandise, and gallery pieces
- Capture and share engaging content across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Coordinate and execute events that showcase the Winmark experience
- Assist with gallery logistics and high-value art sales
About You
You're warm, professional, and passionate about creating memorable moments. You love wine, appreciate art, and know how to tell a story—whether through conversation or a perfectly timed Instagram post.
You'll Bring:
- RSA certification and hospitality or retail experience (wine service a bonus)
- Strong social media skills and a creative eye
- Event coordination experience and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A genuine love for customer service and storytelling
