The Role

We're looking for a charismatic and creative individual to join our team as a Host, Social Media & Event Coordinator. This unique role combines hospitality, content creation, and event coordination—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and host guests at our Cellar Door and Art Gallery
  • Conduct wine tastings and serve coffee with flair
  • Bake and present weekend croissants for guests
  • Promote and sell Winmark wines, merchandise, and gallery pieces
  • Capture and share engaging content across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
  • Coordinate and execute events that showcase the Winmark experience
  • Assist with gallery logistics and high-value art sales

About You

You're warm, professional, and passionate about creating memorable moments. You love wine, appreciate art, and know how to tell a story—whether through conversation or a perfectly timed Instagram post.

You'll Bring:

  • RSA certification and hospitality or retail experience (wine service a bonus)
  • Strong social media skills and a creative eye
  • Event coordination experience and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A genuine love for customer service and storytelling
