Key Responsibilities:

  • Unleash your creativity in curating the wine list, showcasing a selection of over 200 wines.
  • Contribute to the development and training of both The Sanderson and Eau-de-Vie employees.
  • Manage wine inventory effectively, including placing orders with suppliers, conducting regular stocktakes and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet demand.
  • Maintain meticulous stock control procedures.
  • Report directly to The General Manager.
  • Ensure impeccable wine service execution.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu to provide expert suggestions and recommendations to guests.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance within the venues. Assist fellow team members as needed, including providing full service and managing food and beverages.
