What are we looking for?
We're seeking experienced Sommelier's with a strong track record in premium & fine dining and a passion for wine, to elevate guest experiences and ensure service excellence across our high-end restaurant portfolio.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ years experience working as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier within fine dining or premium dining restaurants
- A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests
- Deep knowledge of Wine, Spirits and Beverage
- Thorough understanding of Restaurant Sequence of Service and daily operations
- WSET 2, WSET 3 or Court of Masters Qualification
Salary
$75,000 - $90,000 + super - negotiable depending on experience.
