As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering commercial performance across your assigned territory. This frontline role is responsible for managing retail relationships, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and driving growth in market share, volume, and profitability.
Principle Accountabilities
In this role, you will:

Build and nurture retail partnerships to grow sales and market share in the Parramatta area.

Plan and manage call cycles and promotional activities to ensure product availability and visibility.

Leverage data insights to guide pricing, volume, and margin strategies aligned with company goals.

Negotiate with retailers to secure favorable terms while maintaining compliance with trading policies.

Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager in a flexible, hybrid work setting focused on professional growth.
Skills and Experience Required
- Sales Expertise: Passion aand drive in direct selling—ideally within the FMCG sector—and a strong ability to win new business through smart, customer-focused strategies.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand retail fundamentals, including pricing, margin, and product placement. You can interpret sales data, and turn insights into persuasive, commercially sound proposals.
- Effective Communication: Confident communicator, skilled in negotiation and delivering compelling presentations. You know how to tailor your message to different audiences for maximum impact.
- Relationship Builder: You build strong, long-term relationships with retailers, acting as a trusted partner who delivers real value and understands their business needs.
- Agile & Organised: You're adaptable, well-organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You manage priorities effectively and are comfortable working independently, including regular travel across your territory.
