Position Overview
As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth across our Window Fashion Gallery Dealers, Showcase Dealers, and reseller network. Using a data-driven approach, you'll identify new business opportunities, maximise dealer performance, and build long-term, consultative partnerships. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel across your territory to support and develop dealer relationships.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain a strong network of wholesale dealers and resellers.
- Grow market share by servicing existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities.
- Use data and insights to strategically plan territories and drive sales growth.
- Build collaborative, long-term dealer relationships to support mutual success.
- Partner with dealers on business planning, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
- Ensure timely rollout of wholesale marketing programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver on safety KPIs.
- Review performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks for continuous improvement.

- Proven success in B2B business development or field sales.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills at all levels of an organization.
- Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable with groups of all sizes.
- Highly organised, with the ability to independently manage time, travel, and being on the road.
- A creative, analytical thinker who thrives on solving problems.
- Skilled in making data-driven decisions, with a sharp eye for numbers, trends, and insights.
- Passionate about building lasting client relationships in complex sales environments.
