**Position Summary**:
Are you a passionate individual with a knack for technology? Join a leading global tech/machinery company as a Sales Representative and make a significant impact in the assigned territory. As a key contributor, you'll travel to meet customers and prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. With a focus on innovative printing and imaging solutions, you'll help businesses achieve their printing goals with ease and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting regular travel to visit customers and potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Developing and maintaining sales opportunities, actively seeking out new prospects and cultivating relationships with existing customers.
- Providing comprehensive product demonstrations to customers and dealers at showroom locations.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals set for the assigned area.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.
- Generating accurate sales activity reports and sales forecasts for management review.
- Reporting to senior managers and updating the Sales Prospect through CRM systems.
- Managing exhibitions and trade shows within the territory, including event development, logistics, and promotion.
- Promptly resolving customer complaints in collaboration with the team or dealers.
- Potentially handling major customer accounts directly, as required.
- Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Staying updated on new products, market trends, economic indicators, industry developments, customer demands, and competitor activities.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the employer as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Ability to travel extensively throughout New South Wales (NSW) with short notice.
- Proven experience working as a Sales Representative, demonstrating strong sales skills and customer relationship management.
