Opportunity to join a growing indie agency…

This is an amazing opportunity for hands-on digital account managers who are looking for career growth.

You'll be part of a passionate, friendly Account Management team in an independent Digital Performance Agency, taking ownership of a patch of long-term clients with a progression path to SDAM. It's a full-time, permanent role in Melbourne, WFH twice a week, offering $80-100k + Super + Uncapped Commission.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an agency account management role is essential
  • Hands-on digital performance skills needed to build paid search & paid social campaigns and SEO strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to utilise reporting & data to gain insights and optimise campaigns
  • Excellent communication and client services skills to manage and grow a set of clients
  • It'll suit people who are curious, driven and passionate about what they do
