two highly motivated Digital Marketing Account Managers
to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for your clients, overseeing the success of their digital campaigns and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a client-facing role that requires a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations
  • Oversee the progress of SEO, PPC, and SMM campaigns
  • Raise flags and collaborate with internal teams to address underperforming campaigns
  • Cross-sell and upsell digital services to existing clients and assist with re-contracting
  • Enrich and grow client accounts through strategic planning and support
  • Conduct SEO site audits and keyword research
  • Identify new SEO opportunities and collaborate with specialists on strategy execution
  • Distribute tasks internally through CRM systems and ensure timely delivery
  • Track and report campaign performance, ensuring alignment with client goals

Skills & Experience Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
  • Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing principles
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn and grow
  • Experience with CRM platforms for internal collaboration and task management
