Who are we looking for?

A confident performance marketing professional who's just as comfortable dissecting campaign metrics as they are leading high-level conversations with CEOs. Someone with both commercial acumen and digital expertise who can walk into any room—financial services one day, fashion the next—and speak business fluently.

At Zib Digital, we don't just run ads—we drive sales. We're looking for a Senior Digital Manager with strong emotional intelligence, a deep understanding of marketing, and a strategic mindset that puts the client's success at the centre of everything.

You'll be working alongside our leadership team to shape digital strategies for some of the top brands across Australia and New Zealand. Whether B2B or B2C, this role is about translating data into action and marketing into revenue.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be the strategic lead for new and existing clients, working hand-in-hand with our Sales and Production teams to guide their digital success.

Your day might include:

  • Developing and presenting digital marketing strategies
  • Onboarding new clients and mapping their campaign direction
  • Collaborating with our production team to bring strategies to life
  • Training and mentoring colleagues
  • Attending pitch meetings to shape strategy
  • Building strong, trusted client relationships
  • Staying focused on what matters—growing businesses and delivering results

What you'll need to bring:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in both B2B and B2C
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads is essential, and SEO is advantageous but not required
  • Deep understanding of how marketing drives commercial outcomes
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Confidence to lead strategic conversations and influence decision-making
  • A genuine passion for seeing your clients succeed
