We're Hiring: Digital Strategist / Account Manager at SoudCoh

SoudCoh is a fast-growing lead generation agency specialising in paid social media advertising across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads. We partner with small and medium businesses to help them scale, attract more clients, and grow with confidence.

We're looking for a Digital Strategist / Account Manager to join our team — someone who's just as comfortable building relationships with clients as they are managing internal teams and campaign performance.

What You'll Do

  • Client Relationship Management
    : Be the primary point of contact for clients, sending regular updates, campaign reports, and feedback while running recurring meetings.
  • Project & Team Management
    : Coordinate internal teams, oversee campaign workflows, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest standard.
  • Creative Strategy & Execution
    : Contribute to ad creative design and development, review the team's work, provide constructive feedback, and proofread deliverables before client handover.
  • Performance Insights
    : Analyse campaign results, identify opportunities for optimisation, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with specialists in paid ads, design, and copy to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

Ideal Experience

  • Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment.
  • Proven success managing clients directly, handling communication, and building long-term relationships.
  • Strong background in digital marketing campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads, or similar).
  • Ability to bring unique ideas to improve business processes, workflows, and client experience.
  • Confidence in leading meetings, providing updates, and presenting reports to clients.
  • Skilled at balancing both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.
