Join a premier hospitality group and work with our reservations & events team across two of Sydney's most iconic venues—Shell House and The International

About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated Reservations Coordinator to oversee bookings and guest inquiries across our two stunning venues. This is a full time with a mix of weekday evenings and Saturday shifts. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless experiences from the very first call.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing reservations across Shell House and The International, ensuring a seamless booking experience
  • Cross-selling and upselling across both venues to maximize guest experiences
  • Handling guest inquiries via phone and email with a warm, professional approach
  • Using reservation platforms such as SevenRooms and Triple Seat to manage bookings efficiently
  • Working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

Hospitality Experience – 2+ years in a reservations role within restaurants, bars, or premium venues

Exceptional Communication – A warm phone manner and strong written skills

Tech-Savvy – Proficient with Google Workspace, SevenRooms, Triple Seat

Strong Work Ethic – High personal standards and attention to detail

Multitasking Skills – Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
