**About the Role**
We’re looking for a dedicated **Reservations Coordinator** to oversee bookings and guest inquiries across our two stunning venues. This is a **casual role (15-20 hours per week)** with a mix of weekday evenings and Saturday shifts. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless experiences from the very first call.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Managing reservations across Shell House and The International, ensuring a seamless booking experience
- Cross-selling and upselling across both venues to maximize guest experiences- Using reservation platforms such as **SevenRooms and Triple Seat** to manage bookings efficiently
- Working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Hospitality Experience** - 2+ years in a reservations role within restaurants, bars, or premium venues
✔ **Exceptional Communication** - A warm phone manner and strong written skills
✔ **Tech-Savvy** - Proficient with **Google Workspace, SevenRooms, Triple Seat**
✔ **Strong Work Ethic** - High personal standards and attention to detail
✔ **Multitasking Skills** - Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
