- Support the smooth daily operation of the Central Reservations Department.
- Uphold a strong culture of accuracy and data integrity.
- Coordinate group bookings and special event reservations with precision.
- Resolve guest concerns effectively and professionally.
- Always remember the guest experience.

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone who:

- Has proven experience in processing reservations and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Thrives on problem-solving and taking the initiative.
- Pays high attention to detail and values accuracy in their work.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Is well-versed in reservation systems and has strong computer skills.
- Is flexible and willing to work varied shifts as needed.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
