We have an opportunity for a Casual **Reservations Consultant**to join the team to support all Hunter St Hospitality venues with guest enquiries.

Hunter St. Hospitality is a leading Australian hospitality group, operating a diverse portfolio of over 40 venues across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and other key markets. Its brands include internationally recognised Rockpool Bar & Grill and The Cut Bar & Grill, critically acclaimed Spice Temple and Saké Restaurant & Bar, as well as Bar Patrón, The Collective, 24 York, 7 Alfred, Fratelli Fresh, El Camino Cantina, The Bavarian, Munich Brauhaus, Winghaus, SLICE, and Catch Fish and Chips.

**About the Role**

Reporting into the Head of Reservations & Revenue, and based in Head Office (The Rocks), this role will be instrumental in the pre-arrival aspect of the guest journey. The Reservations Team are the first point of contact for our guests and focuses on working with the operations team to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. The operating hours for the team is 9.00am-9.00pm Monday
- Sunday, with a rotating roster.

Key responsibilities include:

- Updating guest information and assisting with any booking amendments in Seven Rooms
- Creating Event Orders for group bookings, liaising with the operations team
- Being passionate about our products and seeking up-selling opportunities
- Using Outlook, Seven Rooms and Excel Programs

**What we are looking for**

- **Relevant Experience**: Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role, ideally within hospitality.
- **Professional & Organised**: Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
- **System Knowledge**: Proficient in restaurant or hotel booking systems; Seven Rooms experience highly regarded.
- **Flexible Availability**: Able to work a rotating roster across seven days.
