We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic  Reservations Coordinator to join our dynamic and fun-loving team.

In this role, you'll use your organizational skills, administrative expertise, and excellent communication abilities to provide top-notch service to our guests and inbound agents. From making reservations and sharing venue details to promoting our products and services, you'll be at the heart of ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing reservations by various means; respond to guest queries via phone calls, over email
  • Support the smooth daily operation of the Central Reservations Department.
  • Uphold a strong culture of accuracy and data integrity.
  • Coordinate group bookings and special event reservations with precision.
  • Resolve guest concerns effectively and professionally.
  • Always remember the guest experience.

  • Has proven experience in processing reservations and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Thrives on problem-solving and taking the initiative.
  • Pays high attention to detail and values accuracy in their work.
