Role Purpose
The Growth Executive is responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting client growth initiatives. Working closely with the CEO, this role focuses on lead generation, sales execution, and proactive client engagement to achieve monthly revenue targets.
The Growth Executive acts as a key member of the growth pod, representing LOTE to prospects and clients, preparing proposals and tenders, and ensuring a seamless handover to delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Growth
- Nurture existing accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth client handover to delivery teams with clear briefs.
- Provide consistent follow-up during and after projects to strengthen client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Execution
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and follow-up.
- Convert marketing opportunities, referrals, and events into sales opportunities.
- Prepare and send quotes, tenders, and proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in the CRM.
- Support the CEO in achieving organisational revenue targets.
Collaboration
- Work with the Marketing & Partnerships Lead on campaigns that generate sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Project Delivery team to ensure sales commitments are realistic and achievable.
- Contribute insights from clients and prospects to inform sales strategy led by the CEO.
Strategic Contribution
- Execute key elements of LOTE's sales strategy under the guidance of the CEO.
- Expand client relationships beyond transactional work into long-term partnerships.
- Identify and share market signals, client needs, and growth opportunities to support ongoing strategy refinement.
- Build credibility for LOTE with new and existing clients, positioning our consulting and engagement services for growth.
Key Outcomes & Measures of Success
- Review and implement the Sales Strategy in alignment with business goals & objectives.
- Present LOTE to customers in a professional and positive manner in all forms of communication.
- Receive positive feedback from clients.
- Role model and exhibit LOTE Values.
- Adherence to LOTE policy and procedures, including but not limited to LOTE Code of Conduct.
- Meet all Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and invoiced revenue targets.
- Present and behave in a professional manner at client events.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Significant and proven experience in sales roles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer behaviour.
- Strong understanding of multicultural or marginalised communities
Desirable:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Understanding of human-centered design methodologies
- Experience in a similar position within a similar industry.
- Relevant certifications in sales management.
This role offers a salary of $75,000–$80,000 per annum (plus superannuation), along with a generous commission structure.
