About the Role
We're on the lookout for a
Sales & Growth Executive
who thrives on building trusted relationships, driving growth, and creating meaningful impact. You will play a key role in our next phase of growth with expanding our global footprint, through strong collaboration and focus on long-term invested partnerships.
This is a hands-on varied role, where you will be responsible for actively recruiting new partners, delivering high-impact growth initiatives and managing a small portfolio of existing partners. You will also champion the rollout of new SolarBuddy LIVE programs that create measurable social and environmental impact.
No two days will look the same. While we've outlined the key responsibilities below, we're looking for someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves, embrace variety, and run with opportunities as they arise.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the Global Partnership Manager to drive growth and impact strategies.
What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new program delivery partners to expand global presence
- Manage go-to-market strategy for new CSR impact programs and products for growth
- Identify and convert new partnership opportunities across corporate, events and community sectors to scale the reach of our programs
- Develop tailored sales and engagement strategies to increase reach and revenue
- Support partners in promoting and delivering our programs effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies, campaigns, and support materials
- Track pipeline performance, gather insights, and adapt strategies for continuous growth
Who You Are
- Experienced in sales and partnership management (3+ years)
- A natural hunter with the ability to build trust quickly and influence
- Self-motivated, engaging and eager to make a difference
- Emotionally intelligent communicator who understands how to read the room and connect with intent
- Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
- Organised and independent with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Passionate about sustainability, with an understanding of making social impact through business
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, or social impact industry would be highly regarded
