We are currently seeking a Victorian Business Development Manager / Account Manager Roofing / Rollforming to join our growing team. Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with Roofing and Rollforming Distributors
  • Develop, manage and execute sales growth in Fastener related product categories
  • Build, maintain and mange strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide frequent technical support, product updates and recommendations to customers
  • Be proactive and conduct site visits as well as product demonstrations
  • Maintain a sound understanding of product range, installation techniques and relevant building codes or standards

You will be supported in your role by:

  • A Customer Service Team in Victoria and a centralised team in Sydney
  • A strong Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team
  • Marketing Team based in Sydney
  • A knowledgeable National Roofing / Rollforming Manager based in Sydney

Candidate Desired Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience within Roofing or Rollforming Markets and or industry trade recognition, Roofing, Roof Plumber
  • Sound product knowledge of Fasteners (Highly Desirable) within the Roofing and Rollforming Markets
  • Previous experience with customer relationship building and construction (B2B Distributors - Highly Desirable)
  • Excellent communication, influencing skills and customer service focus
  • A detail oriented and organised individual who can work autonomously
