Options Consulting Group is proud to partner with Olimpia Splendid, a global leader in HVAC, air treatment, and hydronic systems, to appoint a Business Development Manager focused on growing commercial market share across Australia and New Zealand. With over 60 years of international success and a reputation for innovative, Italian-designed products - including the Noirot range - Olimpia Splendid is expanding its presence in the local market.

This autonomous role will report to the Managing Director and focus on increasing sales of existing product ranges while playing a key part in the long-term development of hydronic solutions tailored to ANZ markets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing commercial and residential projects, engaging with architects, engineers, contractors, and wholesalers, managing key accounts, and supporting tender and specification processes.

We're seeking a self-motivated, technically capable professional with at least 5 years' experience in HVAC or related sectors, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage long sales cycles. Knowledge of hydronic systems will be highly regarded.
