PROJECT MANAGER - DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you'll play an integral role in delivering a portfolio of high-quality residential, retail, and commercial projects. You'll manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate consultants and contractors, and drive outcomes across all phases - from design and approvals through to delivery and handover. This role offers excellent mentorship, exposure to complex projects, and a clear pathway toward Senior Project Manager.

DUTIES

- Manage multiple projects from design through to completion

- Coordinate consultant and contractor teams throughout the project lifecycle

- Support senior leaders in driving project outcomes, budgets, and timelines

- Lead key aspects of procurement, design coordination, and contract administration

- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Contribute to internal processes and business improvement initiatives

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 3-6 years' experience in a client-side project management consultancy

- Experience delivering residential, retail, or commercial projects

- Strong understanding of design, approvals, and delivery phases

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, or a related discipline
