Innova Property is seeking expressions of interest for client-side Project Manager and Senior Project Manager candidates to provide services to a major institutional client, working on a diverse and interesting range of projects. The appointment will be on a contract day rate basis.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sydney, for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion. Day to day tasks include detailed liaison with stakeholders, managing design and procurement activities, coordinating contractors, monitoring and managing project timelines, and full end to end contract administration. The role also requires close onsite supervision to ensure safety and quality standards, and key project deliverables, are being achieved to a high standard.

Qualifications

  • minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management
  • experience in the health, education, or commercial building sector
  • experience working on projects in live environments is desirable
  • Familiarity with structured stage gate approval processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • ability to lead and manage projects independently
  • Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field
