Census Advisory is a multi-sector property advisory, project and development management consultancy with over a decade of experience delivering successful outcomes across diverse projects. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will manage development and construction projects across multiple stages, ensuring the delivery of project outcomes across time, cost and quality, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For;

✓ 5 years+ experience in a related role or relevant discipline across project design and delivery

✓ A background in construction project management, engineering, or a property and construction related field

✓ Knowledge and appreciation of the role of Client-side project manager

✓ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused mindset

✓ Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively, show initiative and anticipate and deliver project tasks with integrity

✓ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online project management tools (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or similar)

✓ An adaptive mindset with the ability to support a variety of clients across multiple projects and sectors simultaneously
