About the role
As a Project Manager at Baseline, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects across New South Wales. This full-time position will see you managing all aspects of complex projects, from planning and budgeting to stakeholder coordination and on-site supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
- Ensuring all projects comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment on construction sites
- Developing and implementing strategies to continuously improve project management processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Significant experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Remedial and heritage experience desired
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools, such as MS Project
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes
